It is a wonderful compliment to me and my massage work when you recommend receiving a massage from me to others. As a “Thank You” when a new client tells me that you referred me during their Initial Massage, I make a note to credit you with $5 off your next massage. One $5 Referral Savings per massage, so refer many and get many massages!
This is a massage for us to become familiar with one another and the issues your body has. What you think is a problem/uncomfortable area is not always your only area, which often surprises clients. Also, this is a communicative massage, where you tell me what you like of the massage and area you don’t want me to spend as much time on during the second massage.
Swedish Massage is a calm and relaxing massage without any healing to knots. It is a light, soothing pressure.
Deep Tissue Massage is a deep pressure massage with the intent of releasing knots which will result in less discomfort to an area in the long run. Remember, a knot that has been with you for a while cannot magically be removed in one massage session! I wish I could that for you, but I am not the “Miracle Worker” that I’d like to be. Deep pressure on a knot will be slightly uncomfortable, usually at the initial touch, but should never hurt!

Hot Rocks feel like warm lotion and are instrumental in warming up a knot, which allows me to make more progress in the knot removal process. And, Hot Rocks feel wonderful!
